Creating Amazing Profits - Sales Training and Scripting

Does your business have only one or two top producers? Is 20% of your sales force bringing in 80% of the profit? What if you could have more sales superstars without having to go out and hire them? What if you already had them but they and you didn’t know it?

However, that's not where we stop. When we undertake to work with you as our client we're not just working on your business (the vehicle) we're ALSO working on the employees and you as the business owner (the driver). This is the single biggest mistake ALL training companies/organizations make. They either work on the business or the employees or owner of the business but not both of them!

Before we figured this out we would either work with an employee or business owner and set them up so that they were able to achieve their goals only to get a call back in a year stating that they're still right where we left them OR we would work on optimizing a business to be on track to increase its profits 20-30% that year and get a call from the owner stating that the company didn't do any better or any worse than the previous year.

In either case, we had messed up as the business coach. We either fine tuned the vehicle or trained the driver but not both. When we had only fine tuned the vehicle the "old driver" would get in and drive it as if we hadn't worked on it at all. Yet, when we would train the driver they would get in and drive their vehicle expecting to go 90 mph and yet only be able cruise around at 35 mph. In either case, the results were frustrating.



Once it had occurred to us that we needed to both increase the horse power of the vehicle with sales training and scripting and train the driver(s) on how to best handle the vehicle did we begin to see truly magnificent results. Today as a company, we do not undertake to work with a business who is not interested on working on both employees and owner (driver) and their business (vehicle). It's not in your best interest to only work on one and we value each of our clients TOO much to see them fail when it's in our hands to prevent that failure.
