First, who is Ryan Nickel?

Ryan Nickel is a Trainer in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and a Sales Trainer and Coach. He specializes in language and communication - the 3 most important forms of communication - the communication you have with yourself, the communication you have with others and the way your business entity communicates with its market.

The Ryan Nickel Co. specializes in NLP Sales Coaching and Scripting and Human Performance Coaching™, which addresses all 3 areas of communication.

For more than 10 years we have been coaching businesses, individuals and in some cases families to be the BEST they possibly can in life and in business. We've seen what works and what doesn't work. We've made mistakes and have been able to refine our approach because of it. There isn't an area where we haven't already coached someone when it comes to business, personal achievement, family or relationships.

We've too been coached over the years by many different trainers and coaches and coaching styles.

Some coaches we've had just read from a script and wanted us to go down the path they were more comfortable with rather than where we needed and wanted to go.
Others just would call and shoot the breeze for an hour or so and say "Great, we'll talk next week. Keep up the good work."
Still some would drill us for not being more like them.
By far our favorite has to be the group coaching call. All 105 of us on one call "listening" to our weekly instructions while on mute.

Needless to say, there were times when we wanted/needed a coach so badly to help us "personally" overcome some of our challenges. Sadly none of the methods that we just mentioned where them.

We believe that personal life does carry over and effect professional life and vice versa. This is why at the Ryan Nickel Co. we have developed a proprietary system of coaching called Human Performance Coaching™ to work in tandem with our NLP Sales Trainings.

We coach in all areas of human performance but specialize in sales and sales scripting. While nothing is "off limits" our focus is on growing businesses through the proper use of language during the sales process. If issues, challenges or problems arise while working with a business or it's employees we have a unique approach to coaching that has proven to be superior to other forms of coaching. While we're not clinical psychologists or counselors we still deal and work with human psychology and sociological factors that effect a person's life and choices. Our results are fast, certain and long lasting. We do not diagnose mental disorders, nor do we believe in most them.

By working with our clients and treating them as a whole instead of compartmentalizing them and their problems we're able to get deeper, longer lasting results. Results that catapult them to the top of their game in a fraction of the time any other type of coaching, or therapy for that matter, would be able to assist them.
